ARTICLES

Hi, in this blog post, I will link some articles about the profession of a pediatrician. Also, there will be some websites that will talk more about children's health. Underneath every link, I will do a little summary of what the article talks about. So now it is your turn to click on the links and discover this amazing profession.

This article talks about the career of a pediatrician, Dr. Bob Hilliard. In fact, the first part of the article explains how Hilliard became a pediatrician. This article emphasized how it is much more fun talking with children than with adults. Indeed, children are more dynamic and passionate than older people, so that makes it more pleasant. Dr. Bob Hilliard says that pediatricians should always be talking to the children and not to the parents. As a matter of fact, the diagnosis should be explained to the children because they have the right to know what is happening to them. Actually, children are more intelligent than we think and they will understand. In brief, a pediatrician patient is a child. The article also enumerates five facts about children and, in the end, they have a small biography about the doctor.

This article talks about the stress that can occur in children's life. In fact, we all think that children have nothing to worry about, but we should be more warn of what can cause some anxiety in a child's life. This article informs the parents that they need to be more alert on how their child reacts to stress. Indeed, in this article, we will learn the sources that can create anxiety in a child's life, such as school or friends. Also, it will tell us what kind of symptoms we need to look for and what we can do to reduce the stress. Pediatricians have, also, a part to do to help the parents with the stress of their little ones.
